Does Outlook 2003 come with Business Contact Manager?

Does Outlook 2003 come with Business Contact Manager? It was not in the Action Pack that I received, and I was looking forward to testing this add-on feature.

Shouldn't it be included with the Office 2003 Professional in the Action Pack?

There have been some issues with certain preview versions of Office not
having BCM. Do you have a disk 2 in the pack? If so it should be on there.

I also received the Action Pak and cannot seem to find the Business Contact Manager. I do not have a "disk 2." It does not show up an an option during install, either.

BCM is part of retail Office 2003 Pro and Small Business Edition.
