Does Outlook express allow you to do a Word doc mail merge?

I am used to using the full Outlook program at work, and
in that you can go to a word or excel spreadsheet--list
of email addresses, and send the people on the list all
the same doc one at a time so they look personal. You can
send 200 people the note one at a time in less than a
minute as it is all automatic and inserts each name and
sends individually. Why can't I do that in Outlook
Express?

Outlook Express is a totally different program. It does not have a mail
merge function.
