Hopeless time manager

I am looking for a tool that will keep me on task throughout the normal
business day. Ideally, I would like to set up between 5-7 alarms that will
remind me to switch tasks so that I don't spend most of the day monopolized
by one task (when another one or two are equally important and require
progress). I don't want to use the CALENDER because that would be very
confusing (i.e., seeing my 5-7 scheduled tasks + my meetings, etc.). Also, I
haven't found a way to have an alarm automatically repeat each day for TASKS
(the alarm will go off once, unless you snooze or reset for the next day).
Any ideas?

I'm a little confused about your issue with task alarms -- if you need the
alarm to go off more than once, why isn't snooze meeting your needs; and if
you only need it to go off once, why not just mark the task complete or skip
the occurrence to set up the task for the next day?

In any event, you might poke around
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/index.htm for various add-ins that may do
what you want.
