Does Outlook keep logs of users activities?

I was wondering if Outlook keeps any kind of logs on what users do with
Calendar items. The reason I ask is I believe I am being sabotaged from
the inside in relation to my job. I scheduled and important meeting
with all the information I needed for it in outlook. When I came in on
Monday the meeting is no longer in the calendar. Things like this have
happened before and I have a suspect but the particular calendar it had
to go on has far to many people with full access to be able to narrow
it down.

If there anyway to find out who might have deleted this particular
appointment from the calendar?

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. I do have access to the
suspects' machine if their might be something on the local machine
that deleted it vs. the server.

Thank to any who may help.

Outlook keeps no such logs and doesn't record who deletes items in shared folders.

is it a public calendar or your calendar? PDAs are known to delete
appointments.
