Does OWC work with Excel XP SP3?

I'm having problems with OWC when upgrading to Excel XP SP3 (on both Windows
XP and Windows 2000) the OWC's appear (meaning toolbar) but the connection is
never made, I usually get a message of Cannot connect to server or a empty
icon box is displayed.
This works perfectly in Excel XP SP 2 (WinXP and 2000). Is there an
additional patch for SP3??
