Does PowerPoint allow a 16:9 aspect ratio to be created?

We have a presentation that jumps between video that has an anamorphic algorithm applied to PowerPoint - the video will fill screen as if it is HD. Is there a setting anywhere in PowerPoint that will allow it to be project in this same 16:9 ratio or am I out of luck?
