Does Publisher support Photoshop duotone eps files?

Two color (Black and Spot) photoshop duotone eps file placed in publisher.
Publisher file saved as separated postscript file.
When ripped for film output, doutone not on spot plate.

Mary, these tips are all well and good but
they still didn't answer my question. Is it safe to say
that if it wasn't addressed in the tips that the answer is no?

The answer is no. You need to print with a third party piece of software in
order to make the duotone seperate correctly i.e. place the eps into an
application like Indesign or Quark and print from there.
