Does the BCM in Office 2010 Have the Ability to Sync with OutlookContacts?

I am considering an upgrade to Office 2010 with BCM from Office 2007
with BCM.
Does the 2010 version with BCM have the ability to sync the contacts
with those in Outlook?

Yes, 2010 BCM does have that ability. More correctly, what it does is
it creates an Outlook Contact copy of all your Business Contacts, and
keeps them in sync.

Kindly, please advise how to set up the BCM to sync PST contacts with BCM contacts.
