Doesn't word 2007 have business card templates?

No, no version of Word has ever had anything explicitly labeled as 'business
card templates'.

You can use the Labels button on the Mailings tab, and choose a label stock
number that matches per-perforated business card stock, such as Avery 8371. Use
the New Document button to prepare a blank page containing a table, with each
cell matching a card on the stock. See
http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm for more help.

Alternatively, you can visit
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=business+card&av=TPL000
and download any templates you like.

As far as Word is concerned business cards are (and always have been)
"labels," and you will find the "templates" (label definitions) in the same
place you find any other labels, which appears to be Mailings | Create |
Labels.

If you are referring to online templates, see
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101043091033.aspx. For some
reason most of these are for Outlook 2007. If you filter by Word
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101043091033.aspx?av=ZWD),
there are a few specifically for Word 2007, and a lot for "Word 97 or later"
or "Word 2000 or later." If you sort by Date, all the new ones sort to the
top.
