Doest remember prior window settings

When I open an email and set it to full screen on a secondary monitor for
reading, and then i close it, it doesn't save that previous setting. So the
next time i open an email, it doesnt go full screen and I have to do that
every time i want to open and read the email on my secondary monitor.

Is there a setting or something that needs to be on in order for it to Save
it's previous window settings?

Thanks

It should remember the size unless its something unique to using the
secondary monitor- I run outlook on the second monitor and the email opens
on my main monitor, at the size I prefer.

Does it work for the very next email? If yes, but doesn't retain it when
outlook is closed and reopened, make sure Outlook is not listed in Task
Manager, Processes tab a few minutes after you close it. If it is, figure
out why it's running. See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/close.asp.

There is no way to memorize a window when it has been maximimed. It is
maximized, not resized. Open the e-mail in its own window and *size*
the window as large as you want. Do NOT maximize. Then close that
window. Does the next message open in the new resized window?
