DOING SAVE AS TO EXCEL, USING A MAP BUT DOESN'T INDENT THE TASKS

Help. When I do a save as to Excel it doesn't indent my tasks (WBS) like it
does in project. I got it to work when I did a Save As to HTML, but not
Excel. Using same map.

So is there a question? I'll assume you want the indenture to show in
Excel. There are two methods. One is to include the Outline Level (OL)
field in the export and then use the OL to adjust the indenture in
Excel. This could be automated by a simple macro in Excel. A second
method is to go to Jack Dahlgren's website at:
http://masamiki.com/project/macros.htm
and take a look at his macro entitled "export hierarchy to Excel".
