DollarText to amount more than one million above

Does anyone know how to set up the merge data with field more than one
million dollar using the DollarText format?

I try to seach in the Knowledge Base, it seems that there is a string on it.

What version of Word are you using and how are you connecting to the
Excel data source? e.g. DDE, OLE

If using OLE, the default, then formats are not carried over to Word
anyway. You should use a numeric picture switch such as: \# $#,##0.00.

btw, I'm not sure what you mean by "I try to search in the Knowledge
