Domain Account used for Project Server 07 has been deleted!

Hello -

My network administrator decided to delete the domain account that was used
during the Project Server 2007 install. The domain account was also deleted
from the local admins group of Project Server. I no longer have access to
PWA or to the central adminstration SharePoint site. I get an unexpected
error when I access PWA or a cannot connect to the databae error message.

I would like to use a brand new domain account. Where should I make the
appropriate changes in the configuration? Is there a configuration file that
I can modify so that it will use this new domain account instead of the one
that has been deleted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Referring to some KB articles would
be wonderful.
