Domain Admin account used for WSSAdmin and OLAP Admin

During the installation Project wasn't accepting the logins we had created.
It kept saying they weren't valid usernames. So, we put in the domain admin
to see what would happen. We were able to proceed, but now we have to open
RDS each morning, re-enter the username and password in PSCOMplus.exe and
then we are able to connect to WSS through PWA. The OLAP cube still builds
intermittently. Sometimes it fails and sometimes it works.

I'm wondering if there is some issue with the 2 ODBC connections I see
setup. One under User and one under System. I cannot find any documentation
regarding with the settings for these ODBC connections are supposed to be or
what accounts they should be showing for the connection to SQL.

Please help!

GA:

With fundamental problems on installation, I'm not surprised that you're
seeing other symptoms such as your post previous to this one. What's
stopping you from fixing this by creating the proper accounts now? Have you
tried? What characteristics and permissions are you giving them?

I created the proper accounts, but I'm not sure how to alter the permissions
inside WSS and make sure I get everything. I cannot find anything that
states what all I would need to change since everything is already setup. I
just know there is something I would miss. And right now we know that if we
reset the username and password in the am we are good to go for the day. If
you can point me to instructions that would assist with altering the
administrator logins for WSS and OLAP after the application is configured
I'll follow it and see what happens.

Trust me, I would prefer to do scrap the whole thing and rebuild from
scratch, but that's not an option.

Should that clear up my issue with websites not auto-creating and when I do
create them, users are not being automatically added? I have to manually
create each site and manually add users, even when resources have been
assigned to tasks on the project plan. What about the fact that the system
administrator is added to each website as an administrator. Will it cause
larger problems if I change the Administrator Account in Central
Administration? All the documentation I can find says it's not a good idea
to change this.
