Domain UserID for Installation?

Ok, If I am using a domain ID that was setup for project server to use. All I
have to do is add the ID to SQL server and during the Project installation
when I choose to create a new database specify this account to use. Correct?
Does this ID have to be added to a MSProjectServerRole. Do I have to create
this role to add the ID too.
