Domain users on Win2k PC keep getting installer screens.

What registry settings using regedt32 do I have to do to
give my domain users complete access to Word, Excel,
Outlook 2000 on the local PC. One of my users is at a PC,
he does not have an account on that Win2K PC. He logs into
the PC with the domain password.
