It would depend on the Standard symbols you need. Architectural electral
layout symbols? Wiring diagram symbols? Schematic circuit diagram symbols?
For example, I need Australian Standard AS1102, based on international IEC
standards.
The simple answer is that you are better off spending a wet & cold Sunday
afternoon creating your own stencil for your local needs.
The (marvellous!) pre-MS Visio Technical had such stencils, but I'm not sure
of their copyright status. Copyright should have long expired by now, but
of course American software & pharmaceutical companies invented the
eternally-renewable copyright.
