Domino Connector Issue

Hi,

I am facing an issue with Domino Connector, which is crashing Microsoft
Outlook 2003. If I close the Outlook and open again immediately, Outlook
hangs a while and then responds with the following set of messages:

(*) Domino connector failed to start...
(*) Please contact your administrator...

The only way is to restart the system and the problem get automatically
solved.

Is there any issue like the Domino Notes ID file getting locked or another
win32 service dependency which is creating this.

Please advise...
