Domino connector stopped functioning after initial install

The install did sync all of my notes Mail and Calendar into Outlook but after
rebooting I get the following error:
"The profile is not complete because your Notes.ini file hasn't been
personalized for your e0mail account. Start your Lotus notes client and
provide your Domino server name an ID file password when prompted by the
Client configuration Wizard, and then try again."

Outlook will not open.

1) I've posted the IP address of the Domino server in the configuration page
- full Wizard is not available - What tabs to select?
2) I recall that during the initial install I did not enter the .....user.id
location and that question hasn't been asked again - is there a way to force
it?
3) I've uninstalled Office 2003 and reinstalled it with same results. Same
with connector.

Versions Win2000, Office 2003, Notes 6, olconn2.exe

I now have the same issue as identified here, after several months of
successful operation.
Versions WinXP/SP2, Office 2002, Notes 6.5, olconn2.exe
I made no changes to Notes or Outlook, but now I get the same error message
and can't get around it. Notes still works correctly. I uninstalled the
connector and re-installed but same error.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Sorry to hear of your problem. I've not been successful in resolving my
install. I do access Lotus Notes from the problem workstation using Lotus and
can access from a Citrix connection with Lotus as well as from a XP
workstation but again using Lotus. My preference is to use Outlook but so
far I've not been able to get there from here. I wonder if it can't find my
notes.ini as I have 3 separate profiles all pointing to the same Domino?
