Domino Connector

Using the outlook/domino connector, normally works fine but now I am getting
2 mtgs appearing on my calendar. Is there a way to fix this?

If I delete one of the duplicate mtgs, the mtg on my lotus calendar appears
as deleted.

Any ideas?
