Domino/Lotus Notes 6.5

My organization wants to set up a Project Server; however, they use Lotus
Notes, not Exchange/Outlook. They want to take advantage of all of the
functionality that comes with using Project as an EPM solution, including
PM's getting email notifications from team members.
any suggestions, besides getting rid of Lotus?

Hi Kim,

the E-Mail-Notifications uses SMTP only - i think Notes Server will offer
this as well. but there´s another integration wish works with forms inside
outlook client (our task from a project are importet to our personal
calender) - this won´t work with Notes Client.

Kim:

Notes will work fine with out-of-the-box Project Server notifications. It
doesn't work with the Outlook add-in, of course. After you've got your EPM
implementation well under way, you might want to have a look at Allocatus,
an add-in developed by a project partner in Europe. This integrates with
both Outlook and Notes. I think they had your situation in mind when they
created it.

After 4 years of using PS2002 beta, PS2002, and PS2003 with Notes, I can say
it works fine.

We had issues back with Notes 4.6 with carriage returns, which totally
trashed the notifications. However, all of that went away with Notes 6.
