Setup:
Outlook XP sp-2
Exchange 5.5 sp4
Windows XP latest sp etc...
Problem
When sending an email when either online or offline, and using the do
not deliver before option (SET TIME) the email sits in the outbox.
When sending another email via the same process the previous email
gets sent (if after the SET TIME) and the newly created one sits in
the outbox.
One workaround is to do a send and receive, but this defeats the whole
exercise.
Word is *not* used as the email editor, there is only one profile and
the emails are not being sent to a personal folder or .pst
One thought I do have is that actice sync and Win ce software is on
this particular laptop.
As it is only this user having the problem it is not Exchange
