I don't think there are any templates for this type of thing. A Hallmark
card might be better. :)

You could just find an appropriate template (graphically speaking) for
whatever program you're using for this and add the text "A donation to the
XYZ Animal Shelter has been made in John's memory" or "A memorial donation
to the XYZ Animal Shelter has been made in John's name" or similar.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=sympathy&av=TPL000
has a couple of "sympathy cards," but I'm not really impressed. I'd go for
something different as far as the look, but that's me.

THank you to both ^^for the replies but here is my dillemma, as I see it.
The kid dies and his Dad is a friend from work. I collected money donations
from work, The Dad says, acxtuall its on teh OBIT. notice, to send all
donations in 'honor of his kids Memorial' to a named animla shelter. I want
some kind of personalized document to mail and honor the son to send to both
Dad and shelter.

Well, then contact the animal shelter. They have surely come across this
situation before and will probably have suggestions.

I'm sorry, there's just not a template for your situation.
