Don't Have Exclusive Acess..

Don't know why but today when I attempt to open a form in design view
Access 2003 tells me I don't have exclusive rights to this database at this
time...
I'm unable to make changes (changes aren't saved to the form.
I didn't change a thing!

Any help will be appreciated.

You might have had an abnormal shutdown.

--Close the database
--Open the folder where the database resides
--Look for a small file with the same name as your database but with an .ldb
extension. This is the lockfile.
--Delete the small file. If it deletes, then try to open your database and see
if you can use it.

If that works, then I would compact the database.
