Dont have office 2007 ...

Hi
Yesterday i installed .net framework 3.5 and visual web developer express
edition 2008.
Now when i look at microsoft update it says it wants to install a whole
bunch of office 2007 updates including a service pack - but i have office
2003!
Fortunately i do manual updates and it hasn't tried to install them
automatically.
I know i can hide these updates and ignore them, but will i continue to get
the correct office 2003 updates when they are released if something has gone
awry on my system?
I can't think of anything other than .net 3.5 SP1 and visual studio 2008
that has changed in the last few weeks.
Im on XP SP3
