My current Personal.xls workbook (and personalized toolbars, and who knows
what else) disappeared when our support tech uninstalled Office 2000 and
installed Office 2003. (I would have searched for, and backed up, such
personalization files if I had known he was going to upgrade all of Office
and not just Outlook.) Please don't touch files created by users in
system/software directories - instead notify the user about their existence
and offer to move them to an appropriate new directory (or at least drop them
into the Recycle Bin where the user can find them).
