I asked for the option to not make me locate my Office Program CD's just to
find it made me find my FrontPage CD's. I'm in a recliner with a laptop in my
lap and can't get to the CD's without help. It isn't that I don't have them -
I've bought all your programs - I'm insulted that I have to prove that I have
them and pissed off that I can't get up and more pissed that you didn't
consider that possibility and let me opt out of that particular update. All I
wanted was the update needed to hear sounds on Outlook. You have to make
everything such a fiasco!
