Don't want a specific graphic to print

I have a graphic on the first page of a document that is purely informational
for the user and should not print in the final document. I know I can turn
off printing graphic objects at Tools>Options, but that would disallow the
printing of ALL the drawn objects. Is there any way to create a property for
a single graphic (it's a text box) that sets its Print property to False
(Like in Excel where the Print property is attached to each graphic
individually).

Thanks for any advice.

No, not really.

You can select that picture, go to Format > Font, and check the Hidden box
(keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+H), print, then hit Undo (Ctrl+Z).

Making the picture hidden collapses it so it doesn't occupy any space. That
could move text or other pictures that follow it. If that's a concern, then
instead of hiding it you can use the brightness button on the Picture toolbar to
turn up the brightness until it's all white.
