Is it possible to not have any header or footer information when printing
e-mails in Outlook. The recipient's name appears as well as the page
number - is there a way I can turn these off?

Thank you.

no. if you use word as the editor and click forward or reply, you can easily
delete the header before printing and it won't include the account name at
the top.
