Dont want Non-wrking time tasks to come off PWA for a pseudo admin

I am trying to use the standard project as Administrative project in MS
Project 2007. I dont want the tasks to go out of the PWA of the team members
because they are no longer current tasks (remaining work =0). Therefore I
want to write a DB SP or Trigger or may be some MS Project macro to ensure I
add some remaining work to the non-working time tasks whenver they are
becoming zero.

Any suggestions?

Hello Manish,

Administrative projects are different from standard projects. I recommend
you begin from the administrative project template contained in your PS2007
environment.
