Don't want the mouse to scroll

Hi,
I have a form which is used to update student data. I have buttons to
move to the next record and to search for a particular record. However, the
mouse scroll wheel scrolls through all the records instead of just down the
page. Is there some way to keep the mouse scroll from changing records?
