Don't want users to input hours on the Sat/Sun

I just posted a question on disabling remaining work field in the timesheet
view. I forgot to ask about disabling the users ability to input hours for
saturday and sunday. What I have doine so far: From Project Professional, I
went to tools, enterprise options, open enterprise global, tools, changing
working time and save. I made sure that the weekends were greyed out as
non-working days. Assuming this adjustment would not work for already
existing projects, I published new one. Unfortunately, I am still having the
same issue (users can still input hours to the sat and sun fields.

Thanks,

Andy

Andy --

There is no way to prevent team members from entering actuals on a Saturday
or Sunday in their PWA timesheets. Nor is there any way to prevent PM's
from entering actuals on a Saturday or Sunday in the Microsoft Project plan.
Microsoft assumes that people can occasionally (or regularly) work on
weekends. Therefore, if this is an issue with you and your staff, you need
to make this a training and performance issue. First of all, tell people
that they are not allowed to work on a Saturday or Sunday (they will be
elated) and then tell them not to enter actuals on a Saturday or Sunday.
Hope this helps.
