Dot-matrix Printer skips the 4146 avery standard label on printing

I m Using Word 2000 on Windows XP Home edition
with 'Okidata Microline 321 Dot Matrix' Printer. When I
try to print the avery label (4146 avery standard), it
prints some label and then skips 5 or 6 labels and then
prints the next label.

What can be the reason.

Is there any soution to it or may be workaround
