Dotted Circle with arrow

I know this should be easy...I just can't find it and/or figure it out.

All I want to do is a create a perfect circle with a dotted line that ends
with an arrow. But...I only want the circle to be about 3/4. In other
words, using a "clock anology", I want the dotted line to start at Noon and
end (with an arrow) at 9pm.

Does this make sense? Sorry if it doesn't...I'm a newbie to Visio and still
trying to learn.

Thank you!

You can also draw one circle and one rectangle. Drag the rectangle on top
of the circle such that its lower right corner is at the center of the
circle. Then select both shapes and choose Shape > Operations > Fragment.

Thanks for helping me out. But I must be missing something because I don't
see where your attachment is. Perhaps the firewall here where I work has
blocked it???
