I have an invoice and would like to insert a dotted line across the whole width of the page to denote "cut here". Please let me know how to do this. I was able to get it across only within the margins but I want it to reach edge of page.

Can't do that in Excel. You can only print between the margins.

.... Or most other programs. And even if you can your printer most likely
will cut it off based on minimum margin requirements.

As a possible workaround: If you can get it into Word you can apply a Page
Border which includes Cut Lines among other choices, but there is no
guarantee that the printer won't cut it off.
