Dotted-Line Report Connector Keeps Relocating

The dotted-line report connector that I used when creating an organization
chart in Visio Standard 2003 keeps moving to the other side of the position
shape.This happens when I save the chart or when I open it after closing it.
When it moves it is not visible as it is on top of the regular connector.
Any suggestions?
