I have a user that is running Outlook 2k, trying to
schedule a meeting room as a resource, no matter what
resource she selects, a certain meeting room is added.
Say she schedules a meeting and adds Conference Room B as
the resource, when she adds the resource, Executive
Conference room is added as a resource as well. No matter
what resource she chooses, the Executive Conference Room
resources is added.
Is there some setting that can be set to automatically
choose a resource for meetings that I don't know about.
She is the only person, out of approximately 250 that is
having this problem.
