Double Booking

Resources are being double booked when scheduled as a Resource. Do I have a
config error or do I need a third party tool to prevent double bookings. We
are running Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.

How are the resource mailboxes configured under Scheduling Options? The box
should be checked to decline conflictly meetings.
