"Double calendar" outlook 2003

Hi all

Im working on XP + Office 2003 on Exchange account .



Because I get a vast amount of mail items,

I move every item I get to new INBOX I created as new PST file,

Everything is working ok , when I open outlook a rule sends al mail items to
the pst INBOX



Another annoying thing happened , I have two calendar's, one for the
Exchange server and one for my PST .

Is there any way I can join the calendar's ?

The option "remove calendar is disabled"

No for the Calendar question. Outlook 2007 has a Calendar overlay feature
that can help with multiple Calendars. It actually makes multiple Calendars
desirable.

As soon as you create in a PST a folder that has one of the default folders
names like "Calendar", "Tasks", and so on, you will not be able to delete it
again. Making a PST the delivery location will cause Outlook to add all the
default folders automatically.

Is there any way I can join the calendar's ?

Don't put anything in the PST's Caledar folder and you won't need to :join"
them again. If you already have items int he PST's Calendar, open that
folder, change your view to a table view like By Category, select all the
items with CTRL-A and either right-click and drag them to the Exchange-based
Calendar (choosing Copy or Move as you wish when you release the mouse
button) or click Edit>Copy to Folder.

You can always create a new PST and the only folder it will contain will be
"Deleted Items". You can them move or copy to it only those folders you
wish. As long as you don't copy one of the default folders, it won't
contain any default folders. You can then close the PST containing the
default folder names.
