Hello All,
I have a user that used to be able to double click on an Office document
(Word, Excel, etc.) and it would open the application, then open the
document. We don't know what happened, but at some point in time, she lost
this ability. Now, when she double clicks on the document icon in Windows
Explorer, it opens the application with a new blank document instead of
opening that document. I have checked with the file associations, and they
are pointing to the correct applications. It just will not open the document
from Explorer. Any ideas?
