Double-Click needed to advance in timings and advance slides in sh

Hello Everyone,

Thanks in advance for your help. I am somewhat baffled by this problem? in
Powerpoint.

When I went to rehearse the timings of my slide show, the slides did not
advance unless I clicked twice. Once completed, the slide show also did not
advance unless I clicked twice.

Does anyone know what may be causing this? I have looked in the show
properties and cannot see anything that may effect this action. Searches on
Google turned up nothing either.

Thanks,

Chris

Did you have any Start: "On Click" effect as the first animation? If so,
first click will go to the next page, while second click will start the
effect.

Check your Slide Master. Is there anything on it, even an invisible object,
that is set to animate on mouse click?
