Double click shape, can't see custom properties

You guys are the brains so I thought I'd ask you. I am learning so be kind.
I am developing rack diagrams for our network. When the user clicks on a
shape I would like them to see the custom properties (i.e. serial #, IP, DNS
Name, etc) that I have entered for each shape. I know that I should be able
to enter something in the Event Double Click area on the Shape Sheet section.
I don't know what. I want this action to work when my file is saved as a
web page. Any ideas? I am using 2003.

I entered the code but nothing happened. It may be that when I try to set
the double click shape behavior I need to have the "custom" option checked
but it won't allow me to check it. I'm not sure why that is. I can choose
other double click behaviors but no the custom. Any ideas on this?

FYI...I called Microsoft on this. It can't be done unless being views
through IE, no other browser.

Enter the formula through the Shapesheet window (Window > Show Shapesheet)
not through the Behavior dialog.
