Double clicking on an email .... won't display the body.

Double clicking on an email in Outlook 2007 .... won't display the
body of the message ... the red lines stream by indicating that is
eventually going to open .. but it never does.

Right clicking on an email, and then selecting open ... Opens emails
as it always has done.

Ideas ?
