I have a user who ended up with two Contacts folders on her profile. One was
blank and the other had contacts in it. We weren't able to delete the blank
Contacts folder, so we removed and re-added the profile. Now there is just
one Contacts folder, but it is the blank one. We can't seem to find her
Contacts info now, even though we use Exchange (5.5). Her version of Outlook
is 2002, running on a WinXP machine. Anyone out there know where I can go to
find her missing Contacts? Thanks.
