Double Email address

Hi

I have two user accounts set-up on my pc. Outlook is intalled with each user
having a different email address / user name. Suddenly when sending mail from
one address / user name, the recipient is receiving mail from the other
address / user name.

Anybody had the same experience or know of a solution?
