Double Entry of History Items in Accounts

M

MrStick

Let's say Bob (contact) works for Acme (account) and let's say I have a
Project to build a building for Acme. So in my Project I have linked both
Acme and Bob.

I schedule a meeting with Bob to talk about the project in my Calendar and
link that meeting to both the Project (because I want it to show up there)
and also to Bob (because I like to keep track of when I talk to him).

It works great, it show up in Bobs Contact History, and in the Project
History, but it shows up in Acme's history twice!

What am I doing wrong?

My guess is that there are two items in the BCM database: the Bob to
Task link and the Project to Task link - two separate entries in
Activities table. Since both Bob and the Project are children of Acme,
you see both in Acme's history.
