Double image of sheet

In one workbook one of the sheets shows up twice on the screen side-by-side. Any highlighting or entries into one side also appears on the other. I don't know how this happened and therefore do not know how to get rid of the 2nd image...this is not present in any of the other sheets in that or any other workbook.

Is there a gray bar separating the 2? The first thing I'd suggest you check
is Window> Remove Split.

If that isn't the problem I'd suspect a corrupt sheet or workbook. What
happens if you select the sheet's content & paste to a different sheet?

Any other details you can supply about the content, source, file format etc.
would be helpful if it needs to be pursued further.

There was a grey bar and Windows>Remove Split did the trick. Problem solved.
Thank you.

Glad it worked out - what probably caused it, btw, is the little "button"
directly above the vertical scrollbar. You may have dragged or dbl-clicked
it accidentally. For future reference you can drag it back to the top or
dbl-clk it to remove the Split as well.
