Double Space entered after a full stop

If I enter a double space after a sentance (and a full stop) how can I
prevent Word from starting the new line with a space if the sentance finishes
at the end of the previous line. I have set the line formatting at justified.

Word is not a typewriter! Unless you are using fixed space fonts, double
spacing at the end of a sentence is an anachronism. However, uncheck tools >
options > compatibility > wrap trailing spaces to next line (which should
actually be the default).
