Double-spacing problem

I am having a strange problem with Outlook 2003.

Whenever I send a message in Rich Text to an Internet recipient, all of the
caridge returns are double-spaced. There are no other double spaces in the
messages (ie, in between lines), but they show up after paragraphs, etc.

For example, my signature looks like this:

My Name
My Company
My E-mail
Phone Number
Blah blah blah


But, if I send it to an Internet recipient, it looks like this:

My Name

My Company

My E-Mail

Phone Number

Blah blah blah
