Doubt with DataConnections

Hi,
After creating a dataconnection from an infopath to a web service, if I
change anything in the web service, will that change takes place with the
dataconnection automatically or do i need to connect the webservice one more
time?

Another question: After publishing an InfoPath to a sharepoint server
document library, If I do any changes to the InfoPath, then do I need to
re-publish the InfoPath or are they change automatically?

Hello

For your First Question, the changes take place automatically,

and for the second question, You have to publish the form again unless you
have edited the template in the advance settings in sharepoint form library.
You only need to save the chnages in the template. But if your template is
modified out of the sharepoint then you need to publish it again to the form
library for the chnages to reflect.
